names are clearly missing as there are fewer names than people in the
picture. Note that the writer on the back of the photograph (pictured below)
refers to rows starting in the back (1st = back row) - opposite from common
logic and opposite from how I have identified Bob's position in these class
pictures. The text of the names I have entered below mirrors the writers
